    1. The green ring is for exercise. Mine is set for 30 minutes a day. Sometimes I get to 50 mins a day. You should check your settings and then if it is30 mins, GET UP AND WALK! hehehe But to get it to count as exercise you have to get your heart rate up. A brisk walk should do it. I want you to close that green ring!! Thanks!
